THE PRICES QUOTED ABOVE ARE FOR THE VILLA PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON AND INCLUDE SALES TAX.

There is an optional cost of £5 ($8) per day for pool heating for the months of  November to March.

 

A deposit of £100 ($150) per weekly rental is required to secure the booking, and the balance will

be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The property is available for holiday rentals throughout the year.

Lettings normally begin and end on a Saturday but we will always try to accommodate different arrival days to tie in with your travel arrangements.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

The rental includes full exclusive use of the villa and pool from 4 pm on the day of arrival through to 11 am on the day of departure.
