Our villa is situated on the private residential area of Buenaventura Lakes in Kissimmee near Orlando Florida.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to drive to the house from Orlando International Airport and about 40 minutes from Sanford Airport. Walt Disney World and other major Orlando attractions are within a 20 minute drive. The Atlantic coast and the Kennedy Space Centre are about 50 minutes drive to the east and the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens are 90 minutes drive to the west. The area is a noted golfers paradise and has numerous championship quality courses.
Our fully detached villa has a solar and electrically heated pool with beautiful uninterrupted westerly views across a large private lake. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, a utility room and a double garage. Our property is luxuriously furnished with tiled floors in the living areas and fully carpeted bedrooms. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans for additional air circulation. It will sleep up to six guests in the bedrooms and another two on the fold away beds which can be supplied on request.
Broadband internet access available via USB if you bring your own laptop with you.
Our villa is registered with the local authority and fully complies with current fire and safety regulations. It is also fitted with a monitored alarm system. |
