(1) RESERVATIONS Telephone and e-mail reservations will be accepted but dates cannot be fully guaranteed until the booking form has been received together with the deposit. The balance of the rental amount will be due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to make this payment on time may be regarded as a cancellation. (2) DEPOSITS A deposit of £100 ($150) per weekly rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs after 8 weeks to the intended arrival date. (3) CANCELLATIONS A cancellation must be made in writing by the person who signed the booking form. No refunds will be made for a cancellation which occurs after the final balance has been paid. ( We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange a Travel Insurance Policy which includes a cancellation and curtailment expenses section.)
I have read and understood the booking terms and conditions above, which are accepted by me and on behalf of all the persons named on this form for whom I am authorised to make this agreement. I also accept that all persons listed hereon are themselves responsible for their own visa requirements necessary for holidays in the USA, flights and travel insurance and that this is an agreement for accommodation only.
